Meet Andy Wakaruk
As a lifelong resident of Ward 5, I’ve had the privilege of learning about the ever-changing needs of our community. I’ve worked in the agriculture, oil and gas, and construction industries and served as an elected official in municipal government.
I’ve served on many community boards and committees such as the Bonnyville Regional Fire Authority, the Beaver River Watershed Alliance, the Agricultural Service Board, and the M.D. of Bonnyville’s Standing Policy Review Committee. As a former Councillor, I understand the responsibility of serving the best interest of our people.

"My strong belief that our M.D. is a great place to live, work, and play has encouraged me to seek an active role in the representation of the voices of our people to maintain our fine standard of living today and setting it up for future generations to come."
